Dating App Romance Led to Fake Online Store

A bbb report about a romance scam that cost someone $16.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I was convinced by a guy I met in a dating app into creating an online store and investing money for about 2 1/2 months. That was actually a scam. The app he made me download into my phone was called TIKI INT, the platform we used to manage our online store. We would select products to be sold on Zalora. They have images of my ID and my mailing address. I was scammed for $16k.
