Attempted lost wallet shakedown in a grocery store parking lot

I was the victim of an attempted lost wallet plot and I want to know what legal recourse is available to me or what I can do. My location: PA. Location of the incident: Lansdowne, PA. So I was just going to hang out with my bro last night and decided to run some errands at a nearby grocery store with my bike. I finish up and as I'm leaving, some aggressive bowl-cut dude pulls up while I'm walking out of the parking lot with my bike and starts asking me questions about a wallet. I'd paid too much attention in the store to some guy dropping off a wallet to the cashier. After trying to ignore this dude by miming 'earphones in' three times, he gets aggressive. What follows is me telling him the wallet is in the store, repeatedly, louder each time and sterner as it escalates beyond me helping some guy who didn't deserve my help. I'm shouting 'it's in store, go get it' repeatedly while he's chasing me down thinking I stole it. I keep walking away and it escalates further to the point where I'm swinging my bike in my arms trying to hurt this dude before he hurts me because, again, he thinks I stole the wallet. I lose three bucks in groceries that wasn't too secured on my bike and the dude trashes the groceries further. I'm getting chased up and down the block shouting back and forth while being threatened verbally and physically over a lost wallet. The dude has a girlfriend/partner whatever who he instructs to get the bike. They think they got me for this lost wallet. I called the police who are right around the corner minutes ago. They're telling me to comply and I'm not engaged in fighting mode, trying to keep the dude off me. After a lot of dodging in and out of traffic, I tighten my bookbag and throw my fists up, something I should've done when he gave chase. The dude is saying stupid threatening stuff. I want to leave and go about my business. Police finally pull up, they question me and I think they take his side. I let the police search my stuff, I explain my side, I listen to the police and they make me briefly put my hands behind my back for no reason. I call close by family and bro that don't arrive fast enough. After the entire gaggle of pigs waste my time after I told each and every one of them everything about this random dude who thinks I stole his wallet, they let me go. Useless cops say that he says he's sorry. NAAAAAAAWWWWWWW!!!! I call family, talk to bro and family tells me it's like the 'you got the time' shakedown which I knew even though I'm autistic and apparently the target of the day. It's about 9 hours later, I don't have the juice I bought, I'm shaken and now I don't want this to happen again. I been through too much this past year and I feel like my family failed me by not teaching me how to fight but I'm learning on my own. What can I do in terms of law because my groceries was destroyed, I'm stressed tf out because of that, I was threatened, harassed, chased down, almost forcibly coerced, my bike was almost
