On 7/11/25 I received a call from The Travel Enterprises saying I had 12 vacation weeks I wasn't using from Interval International, and said if I gave them those weeks for a fee, they would guarantee I would receive $2,100.00 per week. I agreed to give them 6 weeks for them to rent out and paid them $2,394. They guaranteed I would receive a rental fee of $2,100 a week. They said it would take up to 180 days, that they get 'contractors' who come in and rent these weeks. I didn't hear from them at all. Then on 12/9/25 I got a call from Vincent Thomas from Travel Enterprises wanting more of my weeks. I didn't want to give them any more until I was paid for weeks I previously gave them, but he talked me into giving him 7 weeks for $1,794, with the same guarantee of $2,100 a week. Again it would take 90 to 180 days. Vincent Thomas gave me his personal phone number and said he'd take care of my account himself and make it his priority. Months went by and I didn't hear anything. I would call his number and he would answer, then say 'hold on, let me check your account,' and transfer me to someone else who would make excuses, saying contractors are coming in next week and we should get those rented out. This happened every time I called — they would just stall and make excuses. I then realized I think I'm being scammed! I called Interval International and found out that they do not rent weeks to companies or work with other companies. And that I actually do not have weeks to rent out; they are just 'getaway weeks' that I cannot rent out. At no point did they perform the service I paid for. Services not rendered!
