Italian Accent Parking Lot Scam in Las Vegas

A reddit report about a rental scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

This time it took place in Las Vegas at a Whole Foods parking lot. The incident was identical to a thread posted three years ago. A guy with a heavy Italian accent asked for directions to the airport and the car rental location at terminal 3. He pulled up by my car as I was leaving Whole Foods. It went from him asking for directions to him trying to pitch me on buying designer clothes at discount prices. He handed me a fake Saks employee business card with a gmail address and NYC number for contact.
