Clothing retailer sends cheap knockoffs, demands costly return to China

A bbb report about a rental scam that cost someone $177.75. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I submitted a dispute for my transaction because the items I received were significantly not as described on the seller’s website. The clothing is of extremely poor quality, does not match the photos or descriptions advertised online, and appears misrepresented. The materials and fit are completely different from what was shown at the time of purchase. When I contacted the seller for a return and refund, they instructed me to ship the items back to an address in China at my own expense. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The cost of international return shipping is unreasonable and nearly as much as the items themselves, making it impractical. I believe this is a deceptive business practice intended to discourage returns and avoid issuing refunds.
