Water bottle order and suspicious tracking

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone $39.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I recently ordered a water bottle from their website, it was £39 (I know it seems expensive but it's allegedly an Owala dupe) and it's a gift for my husband. I ordered it nearly a month ago, had tracking information after ~10 days then heard nothing since. Emailed customer support who gave me a new tracking link, taking me to a completely different tracking website which now states it's getting ready for delivery (conveniently dated the same day I emailed). I checked Trustpilot before I ordered but now think I might have been scammed anyway and not sure what to do.
