I got a voicemail from a completely different number. I have no idea what it’s about. Don’t want to call back because it feels like a scam: 'This is kid from National Processing, calling to follow up on a complaint received in our office against (my name) the reference case (#). Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation and if they're unable to reach you at your home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 866-360-****. Again it's 866-360-****. This call has been logged and recorded as a proof of effort being made to notify you. Thank you.'
