The site might be real, but they got people calling 'for sale' numbers or texting and asking them to send the VIN check report. Not a big deal, so I do it. It costs $45 and posts to a business in London. Here is the kicker, the report they send you is off some VIN check for $1 site. Probably the person posing as a buyer makes good coin by getting people to do it. Here is some info on my poser: Site they send you to: Nationalvincheck.com. Phone number: Why not? email: Then how warn? And they sent me a picture where I could see the Bank of Somalia tagline. So there you go.
