Trademark Scam by Secure Mark USA

A bbb report about a phishing scam that cost someone $3393.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I have been scammed by a fraudulent company called Secure Mark USA. They solicited me saying another client wanted to buy my TM, but I had to resubmit an application in all classes. They also recommended a franchise. They claimed to have contacted my original attorney Christopher Day Law, which was also fraudulent and verified by Day Law in Arizona. I contacted the USPTO and they also confirmed this was fraudulent, any applicant could have applied for an abandoned trademark without contacting the original owner. I contacted Secure Mark and immediately asked for a full refund, and they agreed to the refund in the text thread I've included, but they proceeded with the charges despite this and created S/N 99741800. I immediately called my bank to put the charge into dispute and am awaiting confirmation of a full refund.
