My Apple iPad was facing a screen block on 30 Mar 2026. After searching online for technical support, I found this service provider based on its 5-star feedback and Taiwan domain address, so I trusted it might be safe without further research. Before I met an Apple Store technician, I tried to find a service on their website to test my iPad by standard recovery and deep recovery. On 31 Mar 2026, before I input my bank information, their website specified that their products have a 7-day free trial, so I provided my card information. But I was not aware that they charged my card immediately that night, which shocked me. I saw their invoice issued from a Hong Kong address. I trust Taiwan, but not HK. After all 5 failed attempts at using their iOS System Repair standard recovery, deep recovery was suggested, but I did not go through with it because my data might be lost or damaged. Following all their failed instructions, their products still could not work. On 02 Apr 2026, I contacted them and submitted a refund request online via their website, the only way they provide for refunds. I received an email reply on 03 Apr 2026 stating that they cannot refund. They committed to a 7-day free trial before payment, but charged immediately and refused to refund. It is a scam. Be aware!
