Suspicious saashr.com email after leaving job

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I got an email from saashr.com saying an account was created for a company I worked for — and only for a week back in Aug 2025, so over 5 months of not working there. So now I get this email with a login link, also with the ID which is a crazy long list of characters, and the PW is also just a bunch of random characters. This email came today stating an account was created in my name for a company I don't work for anymore, gives a link and the login details. I started freaking out checking what saashr is, cuz I never heard of it. What's also crazy timing-wise, I get an email before this one from sourcenow saying my temporary assignment with that company ended in Aug of 2025, and to not contact the company. I worked through a temp agency when I did work for that week. You guys have any thoughts on this? I'm definitely not going to click on that link and use those login details, but has anyone seen this before? Do I need to be worried here? Sorry this is so long, but it's got me pretty freaked out atm. Thanks for any insight.
