They never sent the product I ordered on 3/24 and it was supposed to ship in 24-48 and it never arrived. I called, messaged, and emailed them many times, multiple times a day. I finally just sent them a formal letter telling them to cancel and refund my account. Iā€™m so angry and this company needs to be shut down for false advertising and stealing.
