Spoiled frozen fruit order from Durigold

A bbb report about a phishing scam that cost someone $156.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

Hello, the phone number I entered is not actually the scammer's phone number. They did not have a contact number since this is a web-based business. I initially placed an order of frozen fruits with the overnight shipping charge. The overall cost was $156.00. The order was supposed to be delivered overnight but did not arrive until 4 days later, so the food had spoiled and was not safe to consume. I tried to contact the vendor through email four times but never received a response. I tried to dispute with my bank and they could not do anything about it besides recommending that I make a report to the BBB. I attached proof of attempted communication with Durigold for you to review.
