In March 2026, I purchased a shoe stretcher from the Premium Foot site for $32.99 (plus shipping and processing fees $11.98). I received the product that same month. In April I noticed a $39.95 charge to my card/account from the same company/site. I reached out to the company via email (there is NO contact telephone number to speak with a live Customer Service Rep). I inquired about the $39.95 charge. Someone responded to my email stating the charge is for a subscription from when I purchased the shoe stretcher and received a product for $19.99. I responded (attaching the order confirmation) informing them I did not sign up for any subscription nor did I receive a discount on the product for $19.99; I was charged and paid $32.99. The Rep responded continuing to insinuate I received the discount and they cannot refund the $39.95 April charge. Beware!! This site is scamming customers with this subscription charge. If you do not pay attention to your bank account, the charge will continue.
