PlayStation Hacked: £120 Spent and Account Locked

Hi all, I’m not great with technology and just mainly use an iPhone for my day to day activities online. Last Saturday, my PlayStation account was hacked and £119.98 was spent on a game that I’d never bought before. My Mail.com account was also hacked as my PayPal was connected to my PlayStation account and my passwords must have been the same. My PayPal account had a different password so that was safe. My passwords were immediately changed on both PlayStation and Mail.com giving me access to neither as I was signed out of all devices. PlayStation won’t give me my PlayStation account back because I don’t have the PlayStation 3 I originally set my account up with AND I don’t have access to my email receipts with them. They won’t take my PayPal receipts even though I have access to them. Mail.com aren’t responding to my requests no matter how many I put in as, it looks like, they’re going through a difficult issue altogether. Does anyone have any advice or do I just have to start again? I’d rather not lose another £120 on PlayStation Plus a month after spending £670 on the PlayStation Pro and having to spend £120 on PS+ to begin with. Thank you.
