So, I checked my spam box and noticed a strange phishing email. The sender's address didn't match the company name, which was ButcherBox. I'd never heard of this company, but somehow they got my real home address. I didn't click any links, but I'm wonderingâsince I know this is likely phishingâhow did they get my actual address? And should I be concerned? I did a little research on scams pretending to be this company. Some people said fraudulent charges were made through this company and their credit cards had to be frozen. As far as I know, all my credit cards have been frozen as of 2025.
