This scammer placed $0.01 into my PayPal account and then took it back out in attempts to verify my account was active. This is a well-known tactic to attempt to commit fraud in a higher monetary amount. This scammer is using people's email addresses to commit these fraudulent charges. This repeat offender/scammer needs to be stopped.
