March 10, I ordered two linen top/pants and a scarf from North Fashion on their website. March 28, I received the items, although the quality of the items was not linen fabric, nor did they fit or look like the style as advertised on the website. March 31, I contacted North Fashion concerning their return policy. After going through several emails to get the return information, I went to my post office to mail the return and was told the return postage would be $139.00. The company requires returns to be shipped overseas to deter the client from returning the items, because the cost of shipping the return back costs more than the product purchased. After several emails and letting their associate Olivia S. know that this was an unethical way of doing business, all I got in return was a runaround with no way to return the products. They offered me a 30% gift card for my next purchase, but I refused. They said they are unable to issue a credit until the items have been returned and inspected in Italy. The overseas return address is not mentioned upfront; you only get it after clicking into their system, which is deceiving and fraudulent. I do not want to see anyone else get treated in this way.
