Phishing - Mortgage Services Group LLC - Mortgage Postcard Scam. The postcard states: "IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED BY [DATE A FEW DAYS AWAY]. This notice is regarding your current mortgage with [company name]. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-570-4667 as soon as possible." They are trying to get you to buy mortgage insurance, but I am not convinced they are a legit insurance company.
