Mop Soap Subscription Trap

A bbb report about a phishing scam that cost someone $38.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

Online Purchase - Online Purchase. This company targets you by automatically signing you up for a subscription of their mop soap without your knowledge. They then conceal any ways to cancel your subscription and make it extremely difficult to cancel even if you contact customer service. There is no way to cancel your subscription on their mobile or desktop website, there is no one available through their phone contact, and you must ask them to cancel via emailing their customer support. Even after you ask them to cancel, they will continue to prolong the cancellation process, offering you other alternatives and attempting to just pause your subscription. You have to continue to email and tell them repeatedly to cancel. They do not offer any refunds or allow you to return any unopened product they sent. This is a complete scam and is purposeful in attempts to trick people into subscriptions where you cannot return the product or cancel.
