LinkedIn job interview offers crypto payments?

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

Hi, came across a LinkedIn person who just made his profile related to recruitment. I applied and today was my interview scheduled — no email, just a LinkedIn Google Meet link. I joined and found they want people in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh to take interviews for their US clients while telling us they are based in the US itself. Resume makeover and training they'll take care of, and salary will be credited per candidate passed basis into some US person's account, which will then be transferred to our accounts in crypto. First time came across this practice. Anyone experienced this before?
