I was on, what I thought was, the LifeVac website. I thought they were having a sale and decided to purchase. Three weeks later I received nothing. No tracking or attempted delivery. I only had an order number. I emailed the company and they offered a 30% refund and to keep the product. I told them again I never got the product. Again they offered a partial refund and to keep the product. I just want my money back at this point; I don't have it to spare.
