I reached out to customer support on the app and emailed them. I got a response through email from an Elias at Kalshi and sent all the evidence he had asked for, but my conversation got ended in the app with no response back. I heard customer support isnāt too good, but I'm hopeful they can resolve this.
I downloaded the app to try to be the luckiest person in the world and win the $1B for getting a perfect bracket on there. I lost and deleted the app. Someone logged into my account yesterday, deposited $600 into my account, and then another random $9.80 minutes laterābut not with my card info. Now there's a random person's card on my account and $609.80 sitting in there. Is there anything else I should do besides reaching out to Kalshi about this? I donāt want to be held responsible or reliable if this happens to be a stolen CC or them waiting for me to withdraw to my bank account (I wouldnāt because Iām not dumb). If I just have to wait to hear back from support, so be it, but any input would be helpful as this has been eating at me since it was put in there yesterday.
