Beginning in March 2026, I began receiving repeated phone calls from numbers displaying "Intuit" or "Intuit Support" on the caller ID. These calls have come from multiple originating numbers. The callers identified themselves as representatives of Intuit when I answered, and promptly discontinued the call, and the voicemail message contained explicit music rather than a business greeting or support message. In addition to these calls, I have received multiple unsolicited calls from individuals (Alisha) claiming to represent Intuit or Intuit Support. When I requested a verifiable callback number, I was provided numbers that either rang continuously without voicemail or were not answered. None of the numbers matched the official publicly listed corporate contact numbers for Intuit. The primary number given by the individual is 1-818-936-7800. Personally, I have used Intuit QuickBooks but should not receive unsolicited Intuit support or sales calls. The pattern of calls, the use of explicit audio, and the inconsistent callback numbers indicate that these communications were NOT legitimate Intuit contacts and may involve targeted Michigan caller-ID spoofing or impersonation of a business during tax season. I am submitting this statement to BBB to document the activity and report that scammers are potentially impersonating Intuit in the state of Michigan during tax season.
