Just wanted to share what happened to our accounts and see if this is happening to anyone else. In April both our Instagram and X accounts got hacked within 9 days. I went through the login history on both and the only devices showing up are the ones we actually use, no random IPs or unknown logins. Super weird. Iā€™m wondering if weā€™re just unlucky or if this is under the radar. On April 1st the hacker took over our IG. They posted promoting Ferapex, DMā€™d a bunch of our followers, and even commented under popular posts on other accounts. Honestly, the attackerā€™s a pretty good marketeršŸ˜‚ I changed to a more complicated password immediately. Then today (April 9th) our X account got hit and the hacker posted about Pump.fun / $PFU crypto stuff. Has anyone else run into this lately? Especially with product promotions on IG or crypto spam on X in early April? Any idea how they got in without triggering login alerts? Also open to recovery tips or ways to lock things down better going forward. Appreciate any advice or similar stories, thanks!
