Like others, I mistakenly purchased concert tickets from GoTickets.com. After taking my money, I received an email that said "Order Confirmed, Tickets Delivered!" Yes, they used an exclamation mark. But the tickets will not be delivered until the day before the show. I will be travelling and need to make airline and hotel reservations. I'm reluctant to do so without tickets in hand. After reading complaints about GoTickets, I asked to either be sent the tickets promptly or to receive a full refund. All they said was that they understood my frustration. They might be a legit company, but they are unethical at the very least.
