I signed up with FKwallet and had about $1500 USD transferred from Freekassa. I didn't touch it until 2025 (mistake on my part). I thought the money should be safe with them, but they are just unprofessional scammers. I contacted them and they said that the system was upgraded and all the data is gone. I was like what the fuck, I gave them the transaction ID from FreeKassa which is connected to them. Where can the money just disappear out of thin air? They just stole it and are not giving it back to me.
There was also no warning or reminder email sent to me asking to make a withdrawal.
I live in India and most of their withdrawal methods are not supported in my country, so I didn't care much until now when I actually needed the money and figured there are ways to do it. But people at FreeKassa/FKwallet are full of scammers. I have been using payment gateways and wallets from US and Canada. They still have my data from 2013 and these guys couldn't even keep it for 2-3 years? Didn't know Russian laws are that bad at enforcement.

The old wallet stopped functioning in April 2024, a full transition was made to the new system, and the old system was completely eliminated. In this regard, transaction histories, logs, and account data have been erased for the security and confidentiality of customer data, and there is nothing we can do to help in this situation.
