Father's card used for 90k in Flipkart phone orders

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

So as the title suggests, around 9 am today, 11 March, my father started getting OTP messages for Flipkart login and other apps like BigBasket, basically every app where money can be spent. Then at 9:08 the first payment was made from Axis of 30 thousand. Two payments were made from Axis around 60k and one from Abhi around 30k. The scammer ordered 3 phones from Flipkart minutes apart. He was so panicked and as soon as I got there I blocked both the cards. By then all the orders were delivered. Then we filed a Cyber Crime report. I'm so worried what will happen? If somebody knows anything about it pls help and will I have to pay?
