Fake Sprinklr Recruiter Scam Job Offer

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I received a text from someone claiming to be a recruiter for Sprinklr. They sent a link to a Microsoft Teams chat and told me to confirm my availability via the chat. They said they were hiring for multiple positions, listed them all, and then asked what my professional expertise was, which was extremely odd. I told them that I had experience with administrative roles, as well as design, and customer service. Then they started describing a data entry role, told me a little bit about Sprinklr, and asked me like 6 questions. Then they told me they would contact me the next morning (this morning) to let me know their decision. When I woke up, I checked my email and found an email from them saying that I was hired and asking me to fill out the form attached to the email. I looked up the domain tied to the sender's email and saw that it was parked, so I reported them to the FTC, the hosting provider, and to Microsoft Teams. Figured I'd share about this here so that others were aware.
