I received an email from a fake recruiter at Ampelo, based in Utah, for a remote graphic design position. She wanted to do a text-based Microsoft Teams interview, which I found out is a common scam now lol. The photo on the woman's profile on Teams does not match the photo of the person claiming to reach out to me, even though the name given is a real person working for HR at Ampelo. The physical address provided isn't even the correct address for the company. I think they got my email from my portfolio link that is on my Indeed page, so I am definitely going to go change that to private. Just wanted to make people aware if you get an email from this email address, it is not legit lol. I reported it to the actual company just in case they wanted to know.
