I found their website on Pinterest. It stated it was a verified merchant. When I went on the site, everything looked legit so I placed an order. I was immediately given a confirmation that my order was received. Once a couple of weeks went by, I reached out asking the status of my order and I received an email stating that they would send me tracking information. The tracking information they sent me came back as invalid. I sent another email asking for the correct tracking number and they responded by giving me another shipper's information. The tracking number was not valid on the second shipping company's website either. I emailed them again and they told me it was being shipped by another company. Of course, when I went to the third shipper's website, the tracking number was also invalid. I contacted them again and this time they gave me a tracking number that said the package was delivered, but the date was IN THE FUTURE! At that point, I figured it was a scam. I reached out to them again, requesting my money back. They stated that the shipper said that the package was delivered. I have never received the package. I asked them for proof that they sent the package, and they keep emailing me back telling me I need to go to my local post office to get proof of delivery. I told them that makes no sense since they are the ones who sent the package; they should have a record of which company they shipped it to me. They've given me multiple shipping companies but can't provide proof from any of those companies that shows my package was shipped. This has been going on for almost 3 months now. They've sent me multiple emails with contradicting information. Once I threatened to report them for fraud to the FTC and other companies, now they're stating it's going to take some time for me to get a refund and they're requesting I give them some time. I don't believe it. The person who is answering their emails is very much aware they are scamming people. The tone of the emails leads me to believe it is one person replying to my emails.
