They approached me with a customer service position by email. I was then sent to their talent website to do an assessment. It was 18 questions. One of those questions was asking for my bank name. I declined to answer. After the assessment, I was sent an offer letter for $31.48 an hour, without any phone contact whatsoever. I declined the offer because I looked into this and found out it’s a scam.
