Fake Job Email Tricked Me Into a Phishing Form

Usually my school email is pretty good about filtering things, and I’m also sleep deprived, so bad decisions were made. I received an email about a remote job assisting the professors, and it took me to a Google form. I filled in my name, DOB, address, email, phone number, and which bank I use, but no passwords or other info. I was able to edit my answers after submitting, so I changed everything to n/a, but I doubt that actually helped at all. What should I do? I know I'm probably going to get a bunch of scam calls/texts from now on. I’ve also read about similar scams and it seems like it’s probably a fake check scam, although they haven’t sent one yet. Am I in danger? How should I proceed if they do send a check? Is this enough info worth calling my bank over?
