I received a letter that was essentially a printed copy of an email (with the URL in the bottom left corner) that said “Subject: Urgent: Unexpected Change for Property.” There was a handwritten, cursive sticky note stuck to the letter that said “____, Please call now, 1-877-709-4580. Ask for Laura.” There was a “Property_ID” number and text below it that said “This is not a bill. This offer is to activate Home Service Contract.” The body of the email said “From: Home Warranty Programs; To: Laura Davis. Laura, we just reviewed the file for _____, and noticed some account discrepancies. Their home insurance is set, but no record indicating their Home Warranty coverage is still in place. Please reach out to _____ as soon as possible! With no active coverage, they’ll be left paying for all repairs out of pocket. They also qualified for a $400 credit as part of their program. Please reach them by [date], it should only take a few minutes to activate their coverage. Can you have them call immediately at 1-877-709-4580 so we can address this concern. Available: Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-8:00 PM CST; Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM CST. Thanks, Laura Davis, Home Protection Coordinator, Home Warranty Programs, 1-877-709-4580.
