Fake Dries Van Noten job scam on Teams

I’m posting this as a warning about what looks like a fake job/task scam targeting people in Australia. Someone claiming to be from Dries Van Noten HR contacted me on Microsoft Teams and said they received my CV from an application. They offered a fully remote role and said no experience was required. They then explained the “job,” which was basically doing fake ecommerce engagement tasks such as: - staying on product pages for a few seconds - adding items to wishlist/cart - giving 5-star ratings - liking products They said this was to “boost product visibility” and help merchants with exposure and search data. Then they explained the payment structure: - €750 base salary every 6 days - 1% commission - payment via SWIFT, Australian bank account, or crypto wallet (BTC/ETH) Other red flags: - 6-day “trial/probation period” - “training account” - “withdrawal password” - 100-step simulation - referral code - asking me to send screenshots back to them - repeated follow-up messages when I stopped replying The biggest red flag was that they told me to register on driesvannotenstudio.com instead of the official Dries Van Noten website. I also checked the domain and found that driesvannotenstudio.com was only registered on 5 March 2026, uses privacy protection, and has no visible ownership connection to the real company. They also sent me fake-looking screenshots of another “worker” supposedly receiving 750 EUR, plus messages about how people doubted it at first but later got paid. So overall this looks like a classic task scam / fake job scam: - impersonating a real brand - using a newly registered unofficial domain - fake engagement tasks - crypto / withdrawal setup - fake proof-of-payment screenshots - pressure and repeated follow-ups I have not sent money and did not complete registration. Posting in case anyone else in Australia gets approached by someone claiming to recruit for Dries Van Noten through Teams and directing them to driesvannotenstudio.com. If anyone has seen the same scam pattern, let me know.
