Etsy QR Code Phishing: Fake Customer Order Confirmation

I got a message from a “customer” asking: “I just redid my office and is this ok for sensitive skin?!” with a link to my listing for elastic beaded rings. I replied: “yup! i actually wear them myself and i’ve never had any problems with them. there’s no metal either, just elastic string and plastic beads.” Then they said: “impulse bought this! couldnt resist any longer. thx” And then they sent an official-looking image with a QR code, which said: “Almost there! New purchase pending. A buyer has placed an order in your shop. To finalize the sale, seller confirmation is needed from your end. Please open the link below on your PC to review and complete the order process.” followed by my username. This isn’t a thing, and NEVER has been. And if it was, it would be on the order page, not as an image sent by the customer. Fuck you man, I thought I had a sale :(( I should’ve known when they asked a question that obviously didn’t apply to my item. If they even looked at the images, they’d know there wasn’t any metal in the rings and wouldn’t need to ask.
