I ordered 3 dresses from Ella Aura Boutique in early March 2026. I received ONE dress on March 15 (from China even though they claim most ship from Flagstaff, AZ). The dress that did arrive is terrible quality..it is so thin and there is not enough fabric in the chest area so it is unwearable without being very risque. Considering I ordered it for Easter Sunday, risque is not an option. I contacted the company to inquire about the remaining 2 dresses and to start an exchange/refund for the low quality/ill fitting dress. They replied with a generic response about shipping delays and logistics regarding the 2 missing dresses. Regarding the ill fitting dress, they informed me that because I had used a promo code that it was a final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. NOWHERE is that in their Returns and Exchange policy and literally every single ad they post lists a promo code to use. I took a snip of their Returns and Exchange policy and then emailed them back to ask where that is stated in their policy. Y'ALL. They ADDED it to the policy when I inquired and then sent me a snip. However, I had already taken my own snip (predicting this would happen) so I have proof they added it AFTER I inquired. I had back and forth emails with them for weeks regarding my missing items and always got the run around. I went to their Facebook page to post comments about it being a scam site and they immediately removed my comments and blocked me from their page. Then proceeded to email me to let me know they blocked me. DO NOT USE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. They have terrible customer service, many false claims on their site and you most likely won't get your items. Buyer Beware! Don't do it friends!
