I ordered a dog brace online that came in wrong. I disputed it and was told I needed to pay for a return and they would exchange it. I exchanged it for a bigger size that still didn’t work, even though I followed their instructions to the T. They tried to say I wasn’t eligible for $100 of the portion to be refunded, even though the product wasn’t used at all. I fought back and forth on email, and they seemed to have agreed to a full refund, seeing as the product is in perfect condition to be resold. I had to pay out of pocket again to send it back, plus another restocking fee. They have been ghosted and unresponsive since March when I sent back the second one. Still no refund. Scam of a company!!!
