Counterfeit jeans purchase and the disappearing refund

A bbb report about a phishing scam that cost someone $52.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

Counterfeit product, same as reported in the scam I'm replying to: they sent a very cheap, nothing-like-advertised pair of sweatpant "jeans". When I contacted them originally, they said their warehouse temporarily wasn't able to accept returns but that they'd refund the purchase as soon as they could. Same point of contact every time, Jessica Puntro, several emails back and forth... the latest is saying the company changed hands so they have no record of purchase or payment (which I obviously have in my records).
