I ordered a pair of sweatpant 'jeans' and received a very cheap, nothing-like-advertised pair. Upon contacting them originally, they said their warehouse temporarily wasn't able to accept returns but that they'd refund the purchase as soon as they could. Same POC every time, Jessica Puntro, several emails back/forth... latest is saying the company changed hands so they have no record of purchase or payment (which I obviously have in my records).
