Capriconnect.me bait-and-switch after $50 deposit

A reddit report about a phishing scam that cost someone $50.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I want to warn anyone considering using Capriconnect.me (capriconnect.me). Before depositing, I specifically asked if SMS delivery works in Jordan. I was clearly told that it works. After I deposited around $50 in LTC, the service did not work at all. Instead of fixing it, they told me I need to pay $150 more for “private routes” — something that was never clearly mentioned before payment. No refund was offered, even though the service is completely unusable for me. This feels like a bait-and-switch: - They confirm it works → you pay → suddenly it doesn’t → you’re asked to pay more Also, the platform allows sender ID spoofing, which can be used for phishing and impersonation. I have screenshots + TXID proof. If you're thinking about using this service — don’t. If anyone had a similar experience, let me know.
