My email and phone number in my Amazon was removed by a scammer, who input their email and phone number. They even turned on the 2-step authenticator, is there any way to find them through their email? I was notified about the change and have their email. And also I don't know how they got through the 2-step authenticator in the first place because I have that turned on too. I have called Amzon 10 times now and still waiting on them to respond, i don't how a company this big is struggling to resolve this shi..
