Worthless Problem-Solving Service

A bbb report about a other scam that cost someone $0.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

It's a hardship program that I believe uses people's information and sells it. I've gone through this about 3 times now, and the service they promised was never delivered. When I asked questions about the program and told them my preferences, they hung up in my face because I refused to talk to another agency asking for more of my information. I believe this is a scammer agency covering under helping hands, and they are taking advantage of people during hard times and stealing personal information. They did not try to console me or assure me with any proof that the program is legit and not a scam, and that they are there to help. They just hung up in my face.
