This letter arrived appearing to be an official government entity stating that we must file an annual report in the State of VA. That is true, but we don't need to pay this outside company $100 to do it. I could see how many small businesses would just fill it out and send a check. It's extremely misleading. There is tiny print on the very bottom that says 'THE STATE OF VIRGINIA ANNUAL REPORT CAN BE FILED DIRECTLY WITH THE STATE FOR FREE'.
