I have been getting calls from this company (LAKESIDE GROUP SERVICES) which were harassing and threatening calls demanding payment for a debt I had no knowledge of. They did not acknowledge they were a debt collector but a mediation group. I requested several times for a debt validation letter, and they stated they could not provide any paperwork at the present time because it would be against the law. Right then I had a very bad suspicion that this company was a scam company trying to get my personal info. Anybody receiving calls from this company should be very careful and not provide any personal information.
