The scammer makes believe they are a real online travel company. They steal money for make-believe airline flight purchases, and the consumer never gets a confirmation number for the flights they are booked for. The airline company that they give you can’t find your name for that booked flight. When you call them about the flight, they give you a runaround. They say the flight couldn’t get booked for some reason, but they still don’t provide a confirmation number.
