Was called by them while having my car serviced at a Toyota dealership and was made to believe that it was Toyota calling me that my warranty had expired. Was given a deal on buying additional warranty. After giving my credit card and got home, I tried to go online and get more information and found out it was a scam. I've called to cancel and get no help at all. I've returned the booklet (Contract) they sent me, with a cancellation letter, through certified mail. I've also sent Mepco (another part of this whole thing) a certified letter stating I revoke authorization of charging my credit card. They got the letter on April 6 and charged my card on April 7. I've since gotten another booklet from Service Activation Center and will return it with a cancellation letter, Certified.
