Bogus Charges After Delayed Flight Pickup

A bbb report about a other scam that cost someone $183.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

We booked travel from LAX to our hotel and then from the cruise terminal back to LAX. Our flight was delayed by 20 minutes. 24-7 Ride reported charges claiming we were 183 minutes early and requested pickup early!!! We were taxiing into the terminal when the driver texted me per the scheduled time of pickup, and I wrote back that we would need 20 minutes. I have the facts and the means to prove we were not 183 minutes early, yet they charged us $183.00. In addition, 24-7 Ride put these fraudulent charges on my card 3-4 weeks after our trip. We also got charged $93.00 extra on the return trip 4 weeks after our trip. Other customers have reported similar charge activities.
