For context, my mother is a dog breeder of Bernese mountain dogs. She has a Facebook and Instagram page where she regularly posts videos of our dogs and our litters that are up for adoption. She is quite popular in the Bernese mountain dog community in France but is not a professional influencer nor social media manager.
Her videos and others have been stolen by the account bernese.mountain0 on TikTok. I signalled them but TikTok won't do anything.
The scammer's page has a phone number (censored) in the description and stolen videos of others. One stolen video, originally from my mother's page, tells viewers to contact them through text for a puppy. Their most popular video was stolen from my mother's page and has twice as many views and likes.
I asked them to take down their videos. The account became unavailable and they blocked me right after. The original video is on my mother's Facebook page (her real page), which they stole from.
