So, I haven't been on Ebay forever, but thanks to the RAM crisis, I bought myself some DDR5. Did my homework, won the auction. Only really saved slightly above 100 Euro, but still better than nothing. After a bit of a headache, finally got the package, inserted into my new AM5 build and BAM. One stick turned out to be totaled, the other more or less. So I open a refund on Ebay, with description and pictures. Guy says it was fine when he sent it. Eventually he agreed on the refund, but wants me to pay return. Sure, whatever, anything's better than losing 300. Yeah, I know it's not my responsibility to pay return, but just get this over with. I check costs and it's not bad. But then he wants me to send the package and send HIM the tracking code. Uhm, yeah, no. If I'm paying, I'm making sure I input the right code. So I ask if he agrees. He does, then ghosts me. Now on the refund page, it's waiting for him to input label. Advice, before he pulls something? What mistake am I making?
